What do credits buy?
Credits are used only when the AI runs on Outrio. The Team plan's 3,000 monthly credits cover about 22 deeply researched, emailed leads, or about 40 on the balanced quality setting. Extra credits: 2,000 for $20.

How much does Outrio cost?+
Starter is $39/month, Team $129/month and Agency $349/month, billed monthly. Every plan includes AI credits; extra credits are 2,000 for $20.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes: 14 days with 500 AI credits, no card to start.
What is an AI credit?+
Credits pay for AI work (research, writing, replies) when it runs on Outrio. A deeply researched, emailed lead uses about 135 credits, or about 73 on the balanced quality setting. Sending, follow-ups, reply tracking and booking are free.
Can I use my own Claude API key instead of credits?+
Yes. Add your Anthropic API key in Settings and Outrio's AI runs on your own Anthropic account, billed by Anthropic at their prices, with no Outrio credits used. You can also run the AI tasks on your own computer with the Outrio Worker desktop app.
What happens when credits run out?+
AI work pauses until the next month or until you add credits. Sending and reply tracking keep running.
Can I cancel any time?+
Yes, from the billing page. There are no annual contracts.
