Isn't this spam?+
Outrio sends a few personal, researched emails per day from your own mailbox, only to businesses that fit what you sell, with an opt-out line and a shared do-not-contact list. It checks your email authentication and pauses itself if bounces rise. You're responsible for following the rules where you sell (for example CAN-SPAM and GDPR); Outrio adds your postal address for US campaigns.
Which mailboxes work?+
Google Workspace and Gmail, Microsoft 365 and Outlook, and any mailbox with IMAP and SMTP (Zoho, GoDaddy, IONOS, Namecheap and many more). Replies are read from your inbox and spam folder.
Do I need an AI account?+
No. Every plan includes AI credits. If you already have Claude, install the Outrio Worker and the AI runs on your computer, on your own Claude plan. Or connect your company's Anthropic API key and Anthropic bills you directly.
What if my computer is off?+
Sending, follow-ups and reply tracking keep running in the cloud. Only AI work needs the worker. When no worker is running, Outrio shows a clear banner and either pauses the AI or, if you allow it, uses your API key or credits until your computer is back. You can also run the worker on a second computer.
Will the AI say something I don't want?+
It only uses facts from your offer, your playbook and the prospect's research. It never discusses price, discounts or contracts: those always come to you, with a draft you complete. You choose how much it may send on its own.
What happens to my data?+
Your workspace's data stays in your workspace. Mailbox passwords and API keys are encrypted. AI requests go to Anthropic, from our servers or, with the Outrio Worker, from your own computer. See the Privacy Policy.
Can I cancel any time?+
Yes, from the billing page. Unused AI credits you bought stay in your workspace.
